I've been an LG tech for over 15 years, they have boards for everything made within last 10 years. especially refrigerators. Aside from that, those boards rarely just "go out". in fact I've only seen 2 to 3 bad boards. I would suspect the technicians may not fully understand these units. hope you have fun with samsung, ge, frigidaire etc

Circuit Board Medics in South Carolina may be able to fix your board. Send them the board, no charge if they can’t fix it. Watch a couple of videos (YouTube) to remove board. Your welcome.
