i think your suppose to start from finger tips up to the armit and go under, discard linen then go in with rinse after u use soap?

As much as you want to spend this much time with each patient, you don't. Most of the time you are lucky if you have time to wash hands and face and continence care.

Cleanest to dirtiest for arms and legs and mid, new wash cloth for rinses and new wash cloth for peri cares always. I use separate for the face and behind the ears and neck too

So many carers forget to wash patients backs and brush their hair. It’s so important to remember the small things. They aren’t small to the patients. And PLEASE remember to brush teeth even dentures.
