this hospital is one of the best hospital we have in the Westrand. I have medical aid but I would choose this hospital. I gave birth in this hospital, it was clean and the treatment was excellent.

I worked in a hospital where this has happened. Clinicians and Doctors should not be blamed over faulty phone lines, we have no control over whether it works or not. Ontop of that the high influx of patients everyday makes it difficult to constantly answer the phone unless you have an appointed admin which will never happen due to " limited funds". It is management in the hospital or clinic that should be held liable, they have control as to whether they want to fix the phone lines or have any resolutions to problem since they have a direct link to the head office of their district
