@alexskitchenbangers: Creamy Hot Sauce Chicken & Bacon Wrap Melts Wow these were absolutely banging 🤤🌯 Crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy in the middle with a little kick from the hot sauce. Ready in 15 minutes and perfect when you want something quick and easy for dinner. Less than 500 cals & over 40g protein 🤌🏼 Ingredients (serves 2): 250g chicken breast, diced ½ tsp garlic granules ½ tsp smoked paprika

Black pepper 2 streaky bacon rashers (can sub medallions) 60g light cream cheese
1-2 tbsp hot sauce dependent on your preference  1 tsp honey (optional) 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1-2 tbsp water (to loosen) 2 large tortilla wraps 50g  mozzarella grated (Can use reduced fat cheddar) 💕Start by heating a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and fry until cooked through 💕Cook the bacon under a hot grill until crispy, then finely chop. 💕Reduce the heat slightly and stir the cream cheese, hot sauce, honey and water into the chicken. Mix until the cream cheese melts and forms a smooth sauce that coats the chicken. 💕Stir through the chopped chives and half of the chopped bacon, then remove from the heat. Lay the tortilla wraps flat and sprinkle the grated cheese down the centre of each wrap. Spoon the chicken mixture over the top, then finish with the remaining chopped bacon. 💕Fold the sides of the wraps in slightly, then roll them up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito. 💕Place the wraps in a clean pan seam side down and cook for a couple of minutes each side until golden. 💕Slice in half and serve Calories per portion: 491 l Protein: 43.6g l Fat: 18.3g l Carbs: 37.4g  • • ______ #quickrecipes #highproteinrecipe #easydinner #wraps #lowcalrecipes
