Did the show writers forget that Clark has super-hearing and could listen to someone’s pulse rate? Therefore, detecting if someone is lying? 😅 In the elevator scene, Clark SHOULD have used this on Lois 😒 However the first scene gets a pass though, Kryptonite was present lol
