Having struggled with confidence for years, I was shocked at how much Glow They Never Saw by Zael Veynor resonated with me. Some of the chapters feel almost uncomfortably honest, but in the best way possible. This book gave me perspective I didn’t even know I needed.

i get your point but i feel like the idea that recording your existence (especially through selfies) is extremely important is quite a vain idea.. selfies are nice to have but i think that understanding your life is worthwhile even when not being recorded is one of the most valuable lessons. as long as you leave a loving and kind impact on the world, you still exist in some form! i’d much rather go through life helping others and being remembered for that than being remembered as my physical appearance through a photograph
