@bonemuseum: Restoration and long-term preservation are central to our mission at the Bone Museum. This skull with Leontiasis Ossea arrived after a failed repair using non-conservation materials that caused further damage. Removing them was a risk, but necessary. The result: a successful stabilization, ensuring the specimen is no longer at risk of continued deterioration.
