I’m disappointed in those comments. Haven’t we all been complaining that while the movies are amazing, they leave so much out? This series looks like it’s going to be exactly like the books! Plus, we had our turn. It’s time for a new generation of kids to be enchanted with it. I’m honestly excited and you can bet my millennial butt will be sitting on my couch once it starts streaming.

That’s why I’m so excited because they weren’t perfect movies. As a standalone movie franchise they were absolutely great movies but as a book to movie adaptation 1-3 were ok to good but 4-8 was absolutely atrocious. Missing characters, giving moments from some character to another for no reason, absolutely gutting the personality from so many characters. Now the understandable part is the multiple missing sub plots that made the books great obviously a lot has to be cut because of time restrictions. But now we are going from a 2 hour movie to a 8-10 hour season of tv per book. Even if they add 50% of what was cut from the books this tv show will blow the movies out of the water

It looks really good. I am someone who struggles with change so while I’m like BUT BUT BUT, it looks amazing truly and i am excited to watch it. I really struggle though reimagining it all. I haven’t commented on any video regarding it until now because I don’t want to contribute to the negativity even though I don’t have negative feelings towards it 😆 im just autistic and don’t want change, but again im excited for it.
