Aww, Grace, you are so beautiful. I was just looking at photos of myself on FB from the last 15 years, and even though my lingering insecurity about my looks and personality crept back in, I just thought… wow, I was just a baby who was trying to figure herself out. I also struggle w/ my weight, and I’ve always just wanted to be loved for being me, and I’m still figuring it out. The thing is that we all are just trying to figure out who we are and how we want to express ourselves, and it’s hard when we don’t feel like others understand or like us. I think confidence is gained when we jump into who we are and let go of needing validation, and let ourselves be okay with looking silly in order to feel rly free. Again, I’m still figuring out how to do that, but I think the self expression you get to do on here must be helping you. So I’m happy for you that you’ve overcome so much! Here’s to more of it 🫶🏼

You’re brave for sharing🫶 I’ve also struggled with self esteem issues, since I was like 9 years old, and now as I’m turning 21 I still do, even though it’s better. I think it’s so sad that so many people, especially girls, go through this. Cause I don’t think I know a single woman that hasn’t dealt with self esteem issues.
