@charlottelilyofficial: This 1-day-old cygnet 🦢 was too weak to keep its head above the water, and its parents were starting to reject it. Now it’s sleeping on me after giving it vitamins, it’s already been perking up! In the wild, weaker chicks do not survive, so those first 24–48 hours are critical. 🤍 It’s too early to know if the parents will accept this cygnet back when it becomes stronger, or if it will be an orphan that I’ll need to hand raise. #swan #babyanimals #rescueanimals stay tuned for full rescue video.
