It’s actually like a stab in the gut to me thinking about this lol. To know my generation (i was born in 99) was the last to truly experience these things and have a life without your phones consuming everything😭 i think and reminisce about it all the time

I’m a 30 year old millennial and I am telling you, Gen Z isn’t alone. So many of us miss how life use to be. AI is killing our environment and brains, go analog and stop centering your life around social media. It’s like we need it for everything though, I would like to delete all my socials but I have to use it for my career and it’s frustrating.
