One thing that was not mentioned was the runway status lights. There’s only 20 airports that use this system in the USA and as a pilot you wouldn’t need them or need to know about them. But from what I’m hearing is, LaGuardia has this system. Another words, the truck would have seen lots of red lights flashing, meaning don’t cross that runway. And from the video, it looks like the lights may be directional. The camera angle is looking towards the front of Truck#1.

Airport fire trucks are not like standard fire trucks. They accelerate very quickly. I don’t know the requirements for them but, they are fast.

Are there no red lights on the crossing points to stop the ground traffic while a plane is about to land? and why did the atc tell truck one to go? how did he not know a plane was landing when he must have given them permission to land? I don't get it

was it possible for the pilots to fly the plane again instead of landing within those minutes because it seemed like the truck was auto driven or by robot,even if was allowed to cross,it was the truck driver's responsibility to apply professionalism in their job

I've listened to the full recording of the airtraffic controller and how after the crash he radio them saying, I know you can't respond but help is coming to you. If only the fire truck stopped before entering an active runway. Before even checking, that plane would have flown right by in front of them. Bottom line is think of the hell and guilt both controller and firefighters from the truck are going through. They will have to live with this for years. I pray for them because in the end of it, it was just such a horrific accident and hope in the future they implement better procedures of entering an active runway.
