Nope… push back immediately. I’m in Brooklyn 3/2 with w/d. Ive never paid late and have been here for a year. I asked them for a 2 year lease same rate via a text message to the property manager. They approved my offer in two days. It’s not rent controlled. Ask for what you want!! 🫶🏽
