@critdecision: Dealerships say one price… then hit you with hidden extras—this is exactly why the car market is crashing 🚨 A buyer goes in for a $26.9K Toyota and suddenly it jumps to $35K with add-ons, forced financing, and pressure tactics—this is how people get trapped and why nobody trusts dealers anymore 💸 Watch this before you ever step into a dealership and protect your money #CarMarketCrash #DealershipScam #MoneyMistakes #FinanceTips
get the dealer loan. wait a month or so. refinance with your bank and they lose the commission on the loan

Using the dealer financing gives them a kickback from their bank every month. But I don't think they can refuse other forms of financing.

Dealerships make the majority of their money on financing. Many people don't realize they can add interest percentage points to the financing without telling you. You may qualify for 3%, but the Dealership says your rate will be 6%. Bank gets 3%, Dealership gets 3 %

Sorry the dealer can't deny outside financing and can't add in extra fees if you di outside financing. If they do thus than walk away from that dealership and go find another one.

I went to a particular Jeep dealer recently in Huntington Beach CA where they have all the vehicles advertised basically at blue book value. I get in to finalize a deal and they have $8000 of extras added on to every vehicle over and above taxes and lic fees. Walked right out.

BIL had a similar experience. All used vehicles has a added "maintenance fee" of $600 which was on top of the advertised price and only seen in the fine print after you already looked at the vehicle. Also take home today price was given but if you took it home tomorrow the price went up $200.

Yep my lovely wife wanted a Chevy Colorado, we had the cash to just buy it but the dealer forced us to finance it…. We paid the loan off a week later and they were pissed! They wanted us to wait 6 months and paid interest, then pay it off

last time I was shopping for a car, I saw a used SUV online, made an appointment to see it at the dealer. when I got there, after waiting a half hour, it turns out the car I came to see had no wheels on it, so I test drove the same model except it was new. I nearly had a meltdown when they delayed giving me back the keys to my own car. I'll never shop there again.

Getting my 2019 RAV4 at nears dealer was a hassle, going back and forth with prices and stuff. They wanted to show me all about the car so I could pay a higher price . I told them ( Dude I know everything about the RAV4 I can go out there and sell this cars for you no need to tell me what the car have . I’m here for price. I ended going an hour away.

I will never buy from a dealership. And here’s why years ago my husband and I were looking for a good used van for our family. Went to several dealerships got the run around by sales people didn’t find anything we liked that would fit into our price range. But the topper was when went to one dealership we’re on the lot for about 15 minutes looking until a salesman approaches us . We tell him what we are looking for we were looking at vans on the lot before he even comes up to us. And he has the balls to say to us not knowing anything about us . O you can’t afford any of these vehicles. My husband looks at me and says let’s go. We have bought from private owners since. Sorry this was so long.
