@7figurenanaa: Here’s exactly what i’d do 👇🏼 Step 1: First I would pull a free copy of my 3 bureau credit report using annualcreditreport.com and evaluate all the negative items that are impacting my credit score. Late payments, collections, charge offs. They are ALL getting removed sis! Step 2: Tell Chatgpt, “I’m a victim of identity theft, using FCRA Section 605(b) create a dispute letter to experian, equifax and transunion to block and delete the following accounts (List account names and account numbers, also list any inquiries that aren’t tied to any open account and personal info that doesn’t belong to you) Step 3: I’d make an account with the CFPB.gov. When you submit a complaint through here the bureaus respond QUICK. They don’t want to get hit with lawsuits so they will take care of everything in 7 days!!! Keep those receipts Step 4: Your going to submit a complaint in the CFPB and attach that dispute letter along with a copy of your ID and SS to prove you are who you say you are. Before you submit that dispute you want to make sure you are sending the complaint to the 3 major credit bureaus. Step 5: Once you hit submit, you sit back and watch literally EVERYTHING you disputed get removed in 7 days.
