When you’re wrapping your hair around your scalp, you do it too tightly rabbit looser, and also put the heatless curl rod closer to the front of your head

If you don’t want them to be tiny, you can’t make them so close to each other if they keep pulling them down every time you do it so make sure it keeps going all the way down through

Add some oil before you wrap it up and then after you take them out add hairspray so the shape will stay but then add some more oil and softly brush your fingers through your hair and then U can add some more hairspray if you want

if you take a shower brush and take out the heat less curls and let them sit for like a few like when you do your makeup then after you let them sit take the shower brush and gently brush them out

Do bigger sections and don’t wrap as tight! Also, try the unicorn sleepless curl method with it! A lot more comfortable to sleep in!
