the only thing I can do for others is this, read The Porcelain Introvert, the author has done one incredible thing, even for me, and that is in a way that drew attention to the fact that the problem is not in me nor that I need a solution, but that the only thing I need is to understand myself as much as possible, the whole book left a very positive impression on me

love this🤣 im and introvert living with my best friend of 18 years recently.. hes an extrovert. and ill be in my room, and he wants to talk at midnight. and I just stare at him. like OK when are we done.
