There is something extraordinary about Madinah. The serenity of Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, the warmth of its people, the beauty of every prayer, and the feeling of being close to our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ create an experience that transforms the heart in ways that are difficult to describe. This journey has reminded me that Hajj is not simply a physical pilgrimage; it is a journey of the soul. It teaches humility, patience, gratitude, and complete reliance upon Allah. The transformation that takes place during these sacred days is truly phenomenal. As I stand here for what may be my last moments in this beautiful city on this trip, I cannot help but think of those who have not yet experienced Hajj or visited Madinah. To anyone who has the health, the means, and the opportunity, I encourage you to make your intention today. Do not delay. Start planning now for Hajj 2027. Begin saving. Begin preparing. Begin making du’a. Make the intention in your heart today. Few investments in life can match the spiritual return of standing before the Kaaba, seeking Allah’s forgiveness, and praying in the city of His beloved Messenger ﷺ. Madinah has been a calm and serene companion on this journey. It has provided moments of reflection, healing, and connection with Allah that I will cherish forever. While I may be leaving this blessed city, I pray that the lessons, peace, and faith it has strengthened within me will remain for the rest of my life. May Allah accept the Hajj of all pilgrims, forgive our shortcomings, and invite us back again and again to His Sacred House and to the beautiful city of Madinah. Farewell, Madinah.
