@hortonlane: My workout routine at 8 months pregnant with baby number 7! Full transparency here, I am not very consistent with my workout routines once I hit the third trimester. With caring for 6 other kids, while growing my 7th I’m honestly just tired 😂 However, no matter how tired I am, I always feel so good after I workout. So, I am working on getting past the mental component and pushing through. I am all for extending grace but I know for ME, that grace can start to teeter towards excuses. One of my favorite sayings is “self confidence comes from the promises you keep to yourself” and it’s so true! I also love the saying “no one ever said, ‘I wish I never exercised today.’” I’m not advocating to push through no matter what. Pregnancy is a delicate time and we absolutely should be taking it easy! But how we dial it down can look different for everyone. Some may require full bed rest, others may require movement but at less intensity. I just advocate for doing what’s best for your body to keep you and baby healthy. 🤗 Sometimes that’s more rest and sometimes it’s a brisk walk 💕 Remember, no matter what you do it’s all just season. This is not your new normal. If you’re someone who is very active and had to take it down a notch, that’s perfectly fine! Pregnancy is a sacrifice so we can grow the family we have dreamed of 💕 Remember, sacrifice isn’t a bad thing. It’s giving something up of comfort now for something so much greater in the future 🤗 Do you workout during pregnancy? If so, what does your routine look like? #pregnancyhealth #pregnancyworkout #2under2 #8monthspregnant #pregnancyjourney

20 weeks with #5! I was out until 18 weeks… I would go on the days I could move and walk… now that I feel better, I’m going 3-4 days a week. Walking a few miles and some light lifting. Taking it easy 😅

26 weeks with Baby #3 and this time my hip sockets decided they went friends with my leg bones anymore. So struggling to workout and then not be in horrible pain the next day with toddlers to lift no matter what 😆
