Is Volvo xc90 or bmw x7 considered midsize? Both of those are so appealing to me, but I’m worried with 3 kids I’ll feel they’re too small.

I had a suburban for 5 years - I have 3 boys in travel hockey…. I just downgraded to a traverse and it works great .

Midsize made me feel like I was suffocating. I went from 18 odyssey to 22 mdx back to 23?odyssey now finally in a 25 expedition max. Like we all just need space. I miss my van sometimes, mostly that flexible 8th seat and my magic slide but we are in CO and go to the mountains and our truck was not ideal for hours of family travel.

I just purchased a 2019 GMC Yukon Denali XL. I have three boys ages 12, 9, 8 all in sports and I coach. I cannot imagine having anything smaller and I have no idea how I drove anything smaller.

I got a 4Runner the day before I found out I was pregnant with our 3rd and LOVED it and we made it work til my youngest was a little over 3 and now have a Yukon and can’t imagine anything else lol

I have 3 kids and this was my struggle. I went from midsize to expedition and I don’t love how big/high it feels. I miss my midsize. 😅

I’m on my 2nd traverse with three kids. I really wants a full size but I can’t fathom that monthly car payment, and it would hurt us financially. I can have a brand new traverse with a great warranty though so we went that route. We fit just fine but my boys are still young (8, 6, and 5). I’m sure in 5 years I may want something bigger but this works for us right now!

Even if you only have one kid get an suv that fits 7 at least I wish I would have because now with 4 kids it was doable with my explorer but I’m looooving the room I have with my Yukon.

I will have 3 kids. We do a lot of driving I have 2 boys in hockey one is a goalie and one will be a newborn. We will do a lot of travel as a family of 5 and live in an area with a lot of snow. What’s your recommendation on what car to get that won’t break the bank but will keep our family safe. We also don’t mind used
