I blame the person taking the picture! They just snap and don’t guide. Whenever I take pictures, even with strangers, I give them advice so they have a nice picture and don’t hate how they look

I dont believe we ever have to “fix” anything about our smile. My eyes get all scrunchy when I smile too and I used to be so self conscious about it but I’ve learned that that’s my face when I laugh or when I’m happy and so why should I try to change that? Why would we want to alter the most joyful versions of ourselves?
