Hi, it’s been 5 months since I moved to the US. During my fifth month this March, I started breaking out on my forehead with small bumps at first, and now they’ve turned into pimples. I also have a few acne spots on my cheeks. Maybe it’s because of the weather and my skin is still adjusting since I’m from the Philippines. I changed my shampoo to Selsun Blue, and my skincare routine is PanOxyl 4% in the evening, Centella SKIN1004 in the morning, and Dr. Althea 345 moisturizer. Do you have any suggestions?
