Get out of Ryanair my love!! I’m also working on it😂 try a differnt airline i reckon it will change ur view of cabin crew again, I have a friend in jet2 and she said it’s amazing. Ryanair are just not a good company, don’t get paid enough, treat u rubbish and they don’t care about their staff. Don’t give up too soon lovely 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I know people hate to hear this because I did too but truly try with another, preferably non low-cost carrier! Then if you still don’t like it then stop. But I swear it’s so different when you don’t have 25 minutes turnarounds and pressure on sales anymore

one thing i’ve realised about this job is that if it’s your DREAM job and you don’t know the reality it will effect you more. I randomly came across the job and applied and because it wasn’t my dream job and i didn’t have expectations for the glamour of it i can handle it a little

I swear with short haul airlines tho it’s gonna feel crap bc you’re not experiencing anything, you’re just back and fourth on the plane doing long days? Atleast with long haul you get to visit different places for a day or two before coming home?
