Don’t try to "fight" a habit.. your brain won't let you. It thinks that 10,000-day-old path is essential for survival. Use this instead:
1) The "Thin Path" Rule: 👣
Don't quit the old. Start a 2-minute new one. It feels "awkward" because the neurons haven't fired yet. That discomfort is the sound of growth.
2)The Neural Atrophy:
Every time you choose the new path, the old one loses power. You aren't "fighting" it..you're just starving it.
3) The Overgrowth: 🌱
Stay consistent for 30 days. The old path will literally "atrophy" and disappear. 👉You don’t destroy the old path. You just let it become irrelevant.
