@discipline3era: A trick that actually works for fat loss: I only eat 2 meals a day. I skip either breakfast or lunch — not both. I eat my last meal before 7pm. If I’m struggling or not that hungry, I replace a meal with a protein shake. And every meal is mostly protein — that’s what keeps you full.
