@gracesfamilykitchen: Roasted garlic & chive cream cheese 🩷 •1 garlic bulb •Olive oil •Salt •Chives Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the top off of the garlic bulb exposing all of the cloves. Place on a piece of tinfoil, cover in olive oil & wrap it up. Place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Once golden & caramelised remove from the oven & allow to cool. Once cooled squeeze the garlic cloves onto a plate & mash with a fork to make a smooth paste. Add a pinch of salt & a handful of chopped chives. Mix into the garlic paste. Put your cream cheese into a glass container & add your garlic paste. Mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container & use within 5 days. #Recipe #garlic #creamcheese
