My kids have a whole life time to clean. Do they pick up afterwards? Yes. Do they clean when asked? Yes. But I will do it happily over and over again..❤️👑

I think it’s great to help them cleaning, but teaching them the skills is also so important. So many people get to college and don’t know how to keep a bathroom or bedroom clean because a parent always did it for them at home.

The kids didn’t ask to be born so a lot of the time they don’t own you anything but you own them a good life which means includes allowing them to simply just be kids of course they will be messy at times but they are just kids and I think kids being able to be messy is a kid enjoying their childhood 🥰

everyone saying you should let your kid do the work thinking we're spoiling them, but we're leading by example if I make the bed enough times they get that visual, and things become habits. cleaning can be a happy thing too, something to be enjoyed cuz it's rewarding. if they see us happily cleaning or if they see how much love is put into their surroundings, what harm cam come from that
