Can this perpetual machine thing exist in space or any place without gravity?

But how can you prove this? May be you can create energy from nothing by splitting nothing into matter and antimatter

lennon :
is superfluid helium not able to spin perpetually? even though you couldn't harvest the energy out of it would it not still technically be in perpetual motion as there is 0 resistance and viscosity

Why wouldn't throwing a rock out in empty deep space not be considered perpetual motion since nothing is stopping it and since it's empty no gravity or any other force is acting on it so Is that perpetual motion?
