Any shift aka night shift workers take these? I work 8pm-8am I have a hard time sleeping in general but it’s harder to sleep during the day. I’ve tried other sleep aids and nothing helps.

ive tried just about everything. nothing helps. lullabies, nope. mushroom dummies, nope. trying the sleep strips so far those are a nope. i take it the full 30 days. my insomnia has always been very bad.
