With all other things remaining equal, increase force to accelerate faster. @kalenwalker13 is a great example of applying incredible amounts of force in a short period of time. Increases in mass (body weight) will slow you down unless you counteract the increase in mass with a greater increase in force. Having ample amounts of sprint and plyo work in your program is essential for speed improvements. Lift heavy to increase force production.
