@maggiemdietitian: Honest thoughts from someone in burnout recovery (2 years later) -- what it taught me and what it continues to teach me when I feel it creeping up sometimes. I think a lot of people think burnout is just feeling really tired and needing to rest on the weekend. But physical, emotional & mental burnout is much more nuanced than that. And healing it is a multi-dementional process that's not just taking a bath or getting your nails done as I've learned over the past 2 years. It's taught me a lot about myself and for that I'm thankful for it but SHESSH it took a long time to feel like I was on the other side of it. Sometimes when something triggers parts of it I ask myself if I'm fully healed from it? I think you just become more sensitive to the reminders of how it felt which is actually a good thing because it allows you to pause for a second to make sure you're not heading down that path again. Can you relate to any of these if you've also gone through burnout or a life change? What did it teach you? #burnout #nutritiontips #burnoutprevention
