I found when ai organizes my stuff , I still don't know what's in it. I don't think somethings should be replaced 😏. also if its in Gmail or Google drive, I assume no privacy to begin with🥺

There’s also a way to do this without dealing with prompts, personally I use workbeaver.com’s template for file organization. It works right on my screen and just scans the files, then renames them descriptively based on whatever’s in it and sorts them by month or year automatically, pretty good too

I have an old laptop with docs on it, Drop box with other things in there, Google drive with stuff, Cloud which is so full and now a new laptop. I would love everything to be on the new laptop and onedrive so ai can quit paying for all these places. Will it organize all this for me?
