It may be viral, but as a traditional ice cream/froyo/custard/gelato lover, I don’t get it. The texture and lack of deep flavor is not appealing at all, and pistachios distract from the unique experience. I love pistachios by themselves or in bread, but keep them out of my ice cream! I’m that guy, but for those who love this, this is a great spot. Coffee is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
