Hi! I have the issue of my dog peeing in the elevator the second we leave the apartment so I try to positively reinforce by rewarding him peeing outside but he does not care for the treat even if it’s a high value treat….and since it’s pee it’s not something we can train at home 🥲🥲 any idea?

ive got a dog that works perfectly on leash in the yard but as soon as I step into the street he forgets everything and refuses to listen..he pulls like crazy!And very dog reactive
