Me searching “high blood sugar” on TikTok so I can see when to freak out. I just got put on insulin yesterday cause I went to the er for something else and my sugar was 480 something….just checked it before taking my insulin tonight and I’m sitting at 584 🙃 I’m tired but otherwise feel fine.

I’m 375 as of 5 min ago, I’ve taken more than 50 units today, to be fair I’ve had chiles triple dipper and lots of dessert, but I even pre bolused. I’m usually never over 300 like ever so I’m a little scared right now🥲

My high score wasn’t readable by my machine so 600+ also I average 200-275 and that’s on meds and a good general diet. If mine gets to 300-400 range I feel yucky but I operate fine 400+ I slow down and slur speech but have to sit down for a power nap.

My dad walked into an ER In 2004 with a blood sugar of 700. He diagnosed with diabetes that night. His sugar typically runs 200+ and sometimes dips into the 50’s.

My high sugar symptom is me feeling like there’s sugar running through my veins(best to describe is a high feeling like after drinking coffee). Happened yesterday bc I’m on my period, stressed, and I ate a chocolate cookie🤣I think it was around 205.
