I’ll tell u something I quit drinking in September and it was extremely hard the first week but then as time goes by it gets better and what helps me continue to be able to quit is knowing how proud people are of me and how far I have come I hope my story has some effect on who ever reads this and also the same for those that are reading this that are trying to quit
