Coming from a registered dental assistant- yes on all of those toothpastes, use Therabreath mouthwash instead, yes on the waterpik but also you still have to use traditional string floss as well and don’t listen to anyone that tells you to use floss picks

Green flag dentist!! I recommend all this stuff to my patients, esp Parodontax. Game changer. P.S. this was all cheaper than getting 2 cavities fixed with fillings sooo ur saving money!! Girl math 🤪

Don’t ditch flossing! Water Pik does not replace flossing. You wouldn’t eat off a rinsed plate, you need to scrub the gunk off.

Heads up on the Crest detoxify toothpaste, it contains an ingredient called SLS which in some people (me 😫) it can cause breakouts on the skin arpund the mouth. I was so confused why I kept getting acne near my lips and chin. Did some digging and its the SLS
