I used to suffer from bo. what has helped me is a benzoyl peroxide wash. I use it once a day in the shower and I have literally never smelled bad after I started using it.

Glycolic acid works great. I use it 1 time a week in the winter 2 in the summer. I don’t want my arms pits irritated. Also don’t use right after shaving.

Not just bacteria but your hormones can make you smell real bad. Often caused by stress etc. It's kind of your bodys way of saying "stay away from me".
