hi, im silver, have been since 2022, i cant rank up at all on my own because bronze-silver lobbies are AWFUL. somehow i perform a lot better in plat+ lobbies but still cant get out of lower ranks because of my teammates. it doesnt matter how well i play.

I have a problem with people on my team leaving mid game and never coming back. Heres what I think. If you leave the game and dont come back after 2 rounds, your team votes on a Draw, or keep playing. If you choose to draw the person who left gets -30rr and a 1 week ban. A simple problem with a super simple solution
