I mean this in a very respectful way, but Ana huang’s books are for ppl who want to start getting back into reading. They’re very easy to follow and quick reads, but they’re not very good.

*sigh* unfortunately Ana Huang’s books are starting to feel really copy and paste like it just gives the same characters just different fonts same with Elsie Silver.. I really need contemporary romance authors AND dark romance authors to really start coloring outside the lines this year switch it UP

I will not be reading The Night We Met by Abby Jimenez. I loved Part Of Your World and Yours Truly but my level of liking has gone down with every new release after that. Just For Summer was fine and Say You’ll Remember Me was a no, so yea.

I am a sucker for those Laurie Gilmore books 🤭 I find they make good pallet cleansers after a couple really dark books or if I find myself in a dark place. So that repetitiveness is comforting lol.

I think Chesnut Springs is the elite Elsie book series. I liked the other ones but REALLY loved Chesnut Springs.
