It’s a famous Filipino dessert made of coconut, tapioca pearls, pandan jelly, sweetened cream and pa dan flavouring. Made for holiday parties and special occasions. It’s a taste of tropical paradise. RECIPE: Pandan Jelly mixture: 2 cups water 1 1/2 tbsp Mr. Gulaman (available in Asian store) 2-3 tsp Buko Pandan flavour Ingredients: 2 cups cooked sago/ tapioca pearls (small) 1 cup coconut strings pandan jelly, cubed 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup heavy cream 1. In a pot, combine gulaman and water. Add 2-3 drops of buko pandan flavouring. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously until well dissolved. 3. Remove from heat and transfer to a dish/flat container. Allow to cool until pandan jelly is set. Cut into cubes. 4. In a bowl, combine other ingredients. Add 1-2 drops of buko pandan flavouring. Add the pandan jelly cubes. 5.
