Okay so I have frozen shoulder and am almost 5 months into this nightmare. Is it fascia tightness that is making my forearm so painful? My massage therapist focuses on my arm as much as my shoulder and neck.

Soooo I developed MPS (Myofascial Pain Syndrome) and stretching or exaggerated movements will flare some things up. I am a lot better but I’m too scared to even try at this point and no PT has helped and the specialist I am seeing doesn’t help either lol I’ve been figuring it all out on my own 🤣 dry needling & trigger point injections are the only thing that’s helped!
