@ashwhyy: you don’t get an “oppressor pass” just because food apartheid has been weaponized against your community. If you have the means to be vegan, it’s literally too late to argue and make excuses. if you can agree with veganism, you can be vegan NO MATTER WHAT. don’t let perfect be the enemy. you can’t do all the good the world needs but world needs all the good you can do. please help however you can, and check out the resources in my substack and linktree about the intersection btwn leftist ideologies and veganism!!!!
