@cellmarrr: This song is about the inability to let go of certain memories. It explores the feeling of being "trapped" or "tortured" by past thoughts while the rest of the world moves on. It serves as the second single from ivri's debut album, the theory of you. The artist describes the "tower" or "building" as a metaphor for the mind—a place where every decision and subconscious thought is stored. In a social media post, ivri noted that the track continues a storyline from her previous work, Verdant Horizon, likening it to a mage exploring an abandoned hall overtaken by nature. ivri is a 23-year-old independent artist and singer-songwriter originally from Florida and currently based in Brooklyn, New York. She is best known for her viral 2025 single "tower of memories" and her ethereal, genre-blending sound that spans indie-pop, shoegaze, and bedroom lo-fi. #Love #guitar #fyp
