I have Crohn’s disease oats I agree absolutely big no but bread (and I’m talking UK bread) is a safe food for me and milk (again UK milk) but it has to be a specific brand(cravendale) is also safe for me. What you should talk about is high fiber foods mostly fruits an vegetables sadly one of the worst ones being Tomato’s. Also things with lots alternatives again this applies to UK (but I’m aware with all the stuff added into American foods there’s no way I could survive) things like sugar free things they have artificial sweetener/sugars they are a huge no full fat coke (from a can not post mix) is actually good for us suffers as it can settle nausea.

even 3 gr of wheat destroys me, and kefir is the only dairy I can have. Oats I have to soak and cook.

Very true. If you struggle with IBS, try cutting out wheat and switching to rice or maize. Also consider replacing dairy milk with almond milk. The difference can be remarkable. I was genuinely shocked by how much those two foods were affecting my gut.
