Not only that, we see the solutions as simple, which they are. Which means the problem should be addressed as soon as possible. They see the problem as small enough to be avoided and will put more effort into avoiding the problem every time it appears instead of solving the problem so that it doesn't occur again.

I just stay quiet now, and let people learn the lessons by themselves. Then I’m all “oh wow, that happened? Who could have known?” It just saves me the stress and annoyance of being right, telling people what to do, but being ignored anyway. 🤷🏽♀️
