as a Physical Therapist I'd recommend getting it repaired and get your arm back, depending on the severity of the tear of course

I’m going through rehab right now for my right RC. It was a complete tear from a fall on the ice. Once that is done rehab, the left shoulder needs to be done as well. I’ve been out of work since April. I may try this just to help with the pain.

Had a Protein Rich Plasma injection in left shoulder Dec 19, 2025 and a right shoulder injection April 3, 2026. Cannot share enough regarding positive results!!!

The TV is way too high. You need a full motion bracket that’s 18inch minimum and put it eye level in that right corner next to the fireplace. God bless!

I just recently had rotator cuff surgery wonder if this will help in the healing process. I’m 6 weeks out and there’s good days and a lot of not so good days.

I had 2 full rotator cuff surgeries in my right arm march of 2025 then again November 2025. I still have some stiffness (which is normal) I wonder if this will help at all?

rotator cuff surgery is the worst, I'll never do it again.....ever. And I've had 3 hip, and 3 hernia surgeries.

What’s the point of leaving with a torn rotator cuff , just get the survey done … what the point of massaging it …it’s still gonna bother you … I had mine dine aince 2015 …

I bought this and it does help, not the vibrating part for me( made it worse, but it help to remind me not to lift my arm up, surgery to fix my 8mm tear in my right arm is in 9 days been putting it off since October, I already had my left one done 4 years ago and not looking forward to doing it again. 😏
