retinoids are everywhere now 😭 I used tret before too and while it helped a bit, my skin was always dry, irritated and still breaking out randomly. it felt like I was stuck depending on products forever and nothing fully fixed it. then in a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I got curious. I followed it and my skin finally cleared, bloating gone, dropped 26 lbs. feels like nobody talks about this side of things.
