this used to happen to me so much when I first started my job because I was nervy, and now occasionally I still get rashes, it’s just stress and anxiety 😊🤍

Yes, this happens to me. I have something called MCAS - I break out in rashes from being anxious, hot, drinking alcohol and am extremely sensitive to touch.

Yes that used to happen to me!! Found out I was allergic to metal and stopped wearing necklaces :(

I replaced alot of my clothes with 100% cotton clothing. I've noticed a huge difference with how my skin is now! I hope this helps for you.

If u get welts or lines where u scratch you could have smt like dermatographia. I have it, but even if you don’t I highly recommend a sensitive body wash and moisturiser like dermaveen🫶🏼
