I swear that they can’t teach the police this basic simple fact that you’re allowed to videotape or film or take pictures of anything that is in the public that you can naturally see with your eyes. This has been rolled on by the United States Supreme Court many times when you’re in the public, you have zero I repeat zero expectation of privacy. If you wanna be private, then you stay in your house your home but when you’re in the public, you’re in the fucking public you have no privacy. I don’t understand how people can’t get that through their fucking heads and why they can’t teach it to police officers just because somebody is bothered with what you’re doing doesn’t mean they have a right to call the police or the police have the right to come harass you about filming in public this is fucking ridiculous.
